On March 5, 2026, I sat eagerly awaiting the clock to strike midnight so I could finally listen to the rest of Harry Styles’ fourth and newest album, “Kiss All The Time, Disco Occasionally.”

I was transfixed by the new sound Styles created within these songs and could not stop moving every time a new song started. Some did resemble past songs, but still had a good amount of originality to them. He was right to have disco in his album title as there is definitely a club-esque sound to the songs, making it impossible not to dance along to them.

“Aperture” was released on January 22, 2026 and happened to be the first song on his album. I thought that was interesting as when “As It Was” was released from Harry’s House, it was the fourth song in the track. Aperture’s chorus rings, “We belong together,” signaling Style’s long awaited return from his three year break since his last concert in June of 2023. I felt this was a great way to start the album and really set the scene for the songs that follow.

“American Girls” is the second song on the album and made me think of the days of One Direction. A lot of fans agreed this song sounded like a younger Styles wrote it, which added to the nostalgia. Each song had such a great beat and rhythm and the chorus: “My friends are in love with American girls,” is so catchy and fun to sing along to.

My favorite song on the album currently is “Dance No More” with the beat, lyrics and overall groove of the song. I can not wait to dance to this song when I go to his concert, especially with the chants: “Get your feet wet! Respect! Respect your mother!”

Now, it wouldn’t be a Styles album without one or two emotional songs in the mix of upbeat ones. “Paint By Numbers” is so well written and captured so many emotions just with his lyric: “It’s a lifetime of learning to paint by numbers.” I felt that it captured the feeling of adulthood and how it will always be a learning curve. There is some speculation that it referred to his One Direction days, but I think it is okay to keep it open for speculation as everyone perceives a song in different ways. “Coming Up Roses,” reminded me of the end of a rom-com where the couple reflects on their life together, where you see that cute little montage that gets the water works going. The instrumental and lyrics were so beautifully done, with the opening sounding like the beginning of an opera or broadway show, the curtain lifting just as the first note plays.

On March 8, 2026, Netflix released “Harry Styles: One Night in Manchester,” where he sang all his new songs live in Co-op Live Arena, and even a couple of old ones! His stage presence as he sings and dances to his songs, with the accompaniment of his amazing band blows me away every time. I loved how he sang “Ready, Steady, Go?” with one part using a microphone that sounded more like a Walke-Talkie, giving a static, almost hypnotizing sound, very different from his other songs.

When he got to his last song on the album: “Carla’s Song,” we learn that it is about his friend Carla who attended the concert that night. I thought it was cool he revealed who the song was about as we never know for sure.

He constantly thanked everyone for being there after a couple songs which I appreciate, he never forgets where he came from. He told the audience, and even the fans who watched at home that they are the greatest people he have ever met, and it is the community that the fans have built that made it worth it every time to come back.

Fans were worried that after his final bow in Italy that he was not going to come back, but he just needed time to rest after a two year tour with no pause. Styles even said that he enjoyed the break, being able to watch his niece grow up in the quietness of his home. Especially after the death of his friend and fellow band member Liam Payne, he needed a breather with no paparazzi on his tail.

I can not possibly discuss each and every song, as much as I want to, but every single one is amazing. No skips here! I guarantee when you listen to each and every song, no matter sad or happy, you will dance and sing along.

My only complaint is that there wasn’t a song about fruit!
