With the fall semester coming to a close and the spring semester being a couple of weeks in, seniors might be thinking about their next steps after they leave CSI.

Books and pens will soon be traded in for caps and gowns. Many students might attend grad school, and some may continue in their long-term employment. Others may have no idea what the future holds for them. No matter where you are going, the thought of leaving what you once knew behind can be challenging to grasp, which could make it difficult for students to wrap their heads around all the important dates for graduation.

I can get my picture taken?

CSI offers students the opportunity to get their senior portraits done. By appointment, you can sit down and snap a picture of yourself in your cap and gown. These pictures could be a nice keepsake for yourself or your family members for years to come. Think of it like taking your senior pictures for high school.

A date to take your senior photos have already passed in February however there is another date coming up on the 7th of this month and also two other dates in April ( the 7th and the 25th). Make sure to go take a look at our school website for more information on how to schedule an appointment to snap a picture of those pearly whites.

Getting your cap and gown.

CSI does what they call a “pop-up shop” to get your cap and gown for graduation at 3A. Now this pop-up shop won’t be starting until May 14 and it will end on the 27th of that same month. They say to make sure to try and make it those first weeks as they may run out of your size.

The big day!

Now that we have those dates in mind. Let’s talk about the biggest day of them all; graduation. You might be wondering where you can buy tickets for your daily to come and celebrate you on this big day. Well, there are no tickets. The seating for families is going to be on a first come first serve basis. So make sure your family arrives early to find some good parking.

The ceremony will occur on The Great Lawn right outside of 1P on May 28th at 9:30 am. I hope you see you all there!
