Dolphins Can’t Maintain Early Lead Over Bombers

On May 8, 2015, the College of Staten Island Women’s Tennis team squared off against Ithaca College for the 2015 NCAA Division III Women’s Tennis Championships held on Bowdoin College’s campus in Brunswick, Maine.
The CSI Dolphins lost to the Ithaca Bombers for the second consecutive year with an overall score of 0-5, despite CSI’s Bragerton-Nasert whose unfinished second singles match showed promise, with a 4-3 lead in the first set.
Nevertheless, the Dolphins hope to return with possibly their third championship run in the upcoming Fall 2015 season, enabling Women’s Tennis to qualify for the Spring 2016 NCAA playoffs.
