Sweet Niblets: Hannah Montana Returns to Disney Channel

That’s right! The secret is out, Hannah Montana is back on Disney Channel. Die-hard Hannah Montana fans can finally rejoice!

Disney is coming in hot in 2019, the all new release of Hannah Montana is on the top of viewers’ lists as they plan to relive their youth through this television sequel.

The popular 2000’s television show, “Hannah Montana,” is being rebooted for a new season due to high demand. The spin-off is rumored to be called “Hannah Montana: A New Adventure.”

A petition that started on the Hannah Montana fan page received more than 2 million signatures and is the cause of the surprising push for Disney to bring back our favorite childhood show.

The petition was created by loyal fans of the show. It was started soon after another one of our favorite childhood shows, “That’s So Raven,” aired its first episode of the spin-off “Raven’s Home” in 2017.

This will not be the first time Disney is creating a spin-off in response to a popular show. Disney has created spin offs for: “That’s So Raven,” “Boy Meets World”, “Jessie” and “The Suite Life of Zack and Cody.”

The new season of Hannah Montana will be staring iconic former stars Miley Cyrus, Billy Ray Cyrus, Emily Osment, Jason Earles, Mitchel Musso and Frances Callier.

The list of these names bring back iconic scenes to fans alike. The first time Lily found out the truth of Hannah Montana, the iconic Rico’s Surf Shop, Miley in a love triangle between Jake and Jesse, the perfect friendship between Lily, Oliver and Miley and a lot of heartfelt moments between Miley and her dad.

Last time we saw Hannah Montana, we were in tears as we watched Miley choose between filming a movie in Paris, or attending college with her best friend, Lily. With minutes to spare in the finale episode, Miley chose to keep her promise to her childhood best friend and live a regular life at college.

Since the final episode, we have dried our tears and had been left to wonder “what happened to Hannah Montana after she decided to trade in her double life for a normal one?” and now we are finally receiving those answers.

Miley will be trading in her brown locks for her renowned blonde wig one more time. Now, she will be juggling between midterms and celebrity parties as she lives this duality of lives.

The reboot of the show will feature Miley, as she has grown from a good-girl image to an older and more mature Miley Cyrus. It will feature the twists her life takes as she plans to re-enter the world of Hannah Montana.

The show will focus on themes such as social media and the pressure it can place on a person, as well as how addictive it can be. It will also focus on Miley and Lily adapting to their college lives and struggling to fit in as well as keeping up with their busy schedules.

This is what we have been waiting for after 8 long years. It seems like our childhood dreams are coming true.

The wait will finally be worth it as inside sources say that this spin-off “is relatable to modern-day society and showcases the struggles teens often face.”
